The founder of the agency, Achilleas Pitoulias, was born and raised in Greece, in a mixed family (Greek-Romanian), and since 2016 he lives in Romania, where he works in the real estate field. Collaborations with some of the largest residential complexes in Bucharest, such as Aqua City and Cartierul Solar (a total of 3000 apartments), place him among the most successful young realtors.

Greece is one of the most attractive countries for real estate investments, largely due to the multiple possibilities of property profitability. The acquisition process is totally different in the two countries, so acquiring a property in Greece can be quite difficult without the right help. The complexity of the Greek legislation and the very limited access to the Greek real estate market constituted a block for transactions between the two countries.
